Garrett ignores the other man's reaction and focuses on closing the collar around his neck and locking it with a metallic click. Once it's safely on, he dismisses the Silence with a wave of his hand so Dodger can speak again.

"That's just to make it harder for you to disobey," he explains softly. "I won't use my Templar abilities again while you have it on."
